Can I wear the Shoulders/Back all day and night? I wake up every night 3 to 4 times with my left arm asleep. Poor circulation. The physical therapist says it’s cause by a muscle in the pectoral area cutting off an artery that goes down my left arm and that I need to strengthen it. By pulling my shoulders back to compensate for hunching forward (I work in an infant room all day. 12 years holding babies) I was hoping this would help but not sure if I can wear this all the time.
